Can you believe this three-toed (back legs, 4 toes on the front legs) animal that lived during the dinosaur age turned into the horse that lives now?
-This horse's scientific name is Propalaeotherium.
-It's about the size of a small dog
-Scientists know that this is not the first horse but it is pretty close.
Scientists believe the first horse, a Hyracotherium, was the very first horses...
-Believed to live about 50 million years ago.
-With the left over teeth structures they figured out that it was a plant eater, meaning horses have always been eating plants.
The picture is misbehaving so I cannot put it in...sorry I will try next post.
I will try to describe it.
-It is usually light brown.
-Sometimes has white spots around its eye, not all the time though.
-Has white stripes running from the eyes down to the tail.
I update the blog every week! If you know someone who loves horses or you know would like to learn about them, tell them!
Next Update:Sunday, March 3rd. (Anytime...)
If there are any promblems please comment below, I will try and fix it. :)
